it was very good for some time

It arrived in perfect conditions, using it is very easy. We used it a lot and enjoyed many nice coffees. After a year, it started having problems, quite some water was leaking through the foaming pipe while making a coffee, and that got worse. We always cleaned it carefully after using it, but maybe there was also some maintenance we are not aware of

I’ve had this coffee machine for about a year, swayed by the reviews, the super-cute styling and the “oh-my-gosh.”

As a retired barista, after careful treatment and a lot of trial ‘n’ error, I can confirm it’s **fine for the money.**

Best for: deciding whether or not you have the time, space or need for an espresso machine in your life. I would recommend getting this, seeing how much you use it and putting the money you save on PSLs at Starbucks into a piggybank for a better machine at a later date.

After 4 years of owning this machine I am finally ready to leave a review.

In short - it's a great machine.

Longevity - I can vouch for this machine standing the test of time. I'd had it since lockdown 2020 and it still works like it did on day one. No pressure loss and makes a great cup of coffee.

Cleaning - the machine doesn't really require tablet or deep cleaning, but then I've always had a water softener so maybe it would with hard water. The coffee portafilter will need cleaning out every now and then if you use a fine ground coffee, and will require you to open it up via the screws on the base. This is an easy task and means you continue to get fresh coffee that comes out of the machine fast. I've only had to do this twice in 4 years so it's not a common occurrence.
