Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Note: Larger furniture or oversized items may require additional handling time. We’ll notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your order size, location, and product type.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $200.

Freight & Oversized Deliveries

Larger furniture and bulky outdoor pieces may ship via freight carriers. In these cases:

• You will be contacted to schedule a delivery window.
• Deliveries are made to your curbside or doorstep unless otherwise noted.
• Please inspect items carefully upon arrival and report any visible damage immediately.

International Orders

We ship to select international destinations. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery times, some delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or weather conditions. If there’s a delay, our team will keep you informed.
