Good

It kind of hurts when using it but the relief you feel afterwards is well worth. I have a physical job and I use this to keep the back pain away and it works. I was hesitant to buy at first but I'm so glad that I did.

Great piece of kit

This is my 3rd Homedics massage chair going way back to the last century. They are strong, well built and last such a long time. I use mine every day. It's part of my morning routine from when I get up. I have it in a comfortable chair and while I'm having my first cup of coffee I have one session on the whole of my back and then one session on just the lower part of my back. This sets me up for the day. I haven't seen a chiropractor for years and I put it down to this massager.

Gives a deep firm massage

HomeMedics Shiatu Back Massager: It's very easy to use straight out of the box, after removing the stabiliser screw at the back of the massager. It gives a firm massage, which may feel too much for some, but can be modified by placing a towel over the 'massage roller' section.
