Valuable side burner

was very angry and reached out to customer service and explained the situation, I thought I had spent 600 dollars on a lump of iron. Customer service very quickly got back to me and told me that I needed to slowly twist the switch to expel the air from the pipes inside before firing it up the first time I used it. I followed the steps they told me and it worked successfully. The fire is very powerful and it cooks faster than I can cook in my indoor kitchen. I must recommend this product andthe service of this company, I am very pleased. I almost missed out on such a great side burner and really appreciate their after sales team.

Valuable side burner

My outdoor kitchen was finally complete when I installed this side burner. I couldn't wait to use it. At first it didn't seem to work properly.

I ordered it on my own my husband said GOOD JOB!

One thing to mention…When you turn the knob on there is only one click so we find that you have to turn it off and then turn the handle on again for it to produce a flame. So in essence, it does not light on the first turn. You must turn it again, unless we’re missing something🤪 We should probably read the manual again😄

Large burners

This burner looks beautiful in our outdoor kitchen! My husband and I decided to build a DIY outdoor kitchen. I spent a lot of time looking for a double burner stove. I chose this one because of the high BTUs. It gives me a large flame and I love the fact that it can be covered. A large frying pan fits comfortably along with a smaller pot if I were to use both burners at the same time and we like that it lights up.
