Pros:

Dual Basket Design: The dual baskets are fantastic for cooking two different dishes simultaneously. This feature has been a real time-saver, allowing me to prepare a complete meal at once without mixing flavors.
Smart Finish Technology: The Smart Finish feature ensures both baskets finish cooking at the same time, which is incredibly convenient. No more juggling cooking times and temperatures – everything is ready to serve together!
Large Capacity: With a 9-liter total capacity, this air fryer is perfect for families or anyone who likes to meal prep. I can cook large batches of food effortlessly.

We haven't used an air fryer before, so can't compare it with other models. However we're pleased that we followed others' advice and got one with two drawers so that you can cook efficiently, eg fish in one half with chips in the other. It's an efficient and clean way to cook - faster and cheaper than running an oven. It will take up a chunk of space in your kitchen, so if you have enough room for it you'll likely find this to be very handy - we've had ours a few months now and use it for most of our meals.
However, there are a few annoying features on this model that could easily have been avoided by better design. The display and controls aren't great compared to any other electronic device: the symbols are small and not very clear what they mean. There's no simple way to set a time and temperature like on a microwave or conventional oven (but there are easy ways around this). The countdown beeper is very loud and annoying, the display shows there is zero time left when there's less than a minute to go OR when it's actually stopped cooking, etc. None of these should put you off if it'll fit in your kitchen space, but they could be improved.

This is one of the best pieces of kit we have in the house. We initially had a single draw Tower air fryer but often found we had to make the decision what would be going in the air fryer and what would be going in the oven. With this we don't have to worry.

The matched finish option and ability to have different temperatures is extremely useful and I've not found any issues with food cooking through.

The draw sizes are a decent size, and I've not had any problems fitting in anything I need.

My only criticism was the instructions weren't the best. I ended up watching a YouTube video which helped me get to grips with how to use it.

Takes very little time to get used to how to use it and it really is great.
The two baskets can be used independently or they can be set to finish cooking at the same time.
There is a great 3 minute warm up function then a whole selection of preprogrammed functions to use. I was initially disappointed that there was no way of putting in your own functions but quickly realised that it’s so easy to alter the temp and time of each programme that it really isn’t an issue.
We use liners in with our drawers so that the drawers don’t need washing up every time that we use it which is great as it means less washing up too!!
Would definitely recommend it, especially for the price.
