Easy to set up and so nice to sit in!

We previously had the same unit for 4 years and it bit the bullet. To be expected - used it a lot. Same great unit as before!

OMG ! We love this ❤️

This soft tub is a life saver, we are both close to our 60's, as another reviewer stated they use it before bed time. I have found that I don't need sleep aids now because it relaxes my body so well and I have great sleeps. Set up was easy, inflate, fill with water and it takes about 24-48 hrs to get to 104'F. Definitely get the factory Intex underwater light, don't even bother looking at other junk lights. This one threads directly inside the tub, there are two heavy o'rings to keep water out. I order the factory light and two drink holders for $9.00 more than just the price of the light. So that's a no brainer, I also ordered a decent 10x10 tent to keep off the rain and snow for the winter. We are on the Westcoast so we will be using it all winter as it rarely gets -10'C even for a few days. The tub comes with a ground sheet which is basic but nice to have, stop thinking about it and get it, your body will thank you 😊

Surprised me a bit

We got it during Prime Days, but I'm not sure I would've paid full price. Although the build quality is great.
It took some figuring to get the inflatable part centered and aligned to the holes for the pump connections in the outer protective sleeve. Definitely wait until you get those lined up before fully inflating the tub. It took maybe 20 minutes to fill with a standard garden hose.

Wonderful!

My old hotub bit the dust...I have osteoarthritis in all my joints, so needed an affordable solution. I have had this one for a week and so far have used it everyday. I couldn't be more pleased! Setup is easy, I have the heat on 103 and it does lose a couple degrees but not until my 30 minutes is up. Love it

So far so good

So we had it up and running in 2 days almost flawless set up .. have really enjoyed it past 5 nights out of 6 ...as stated the temp drops a little...our old hot tub was set on 100 but this one I do have to put on 102 drops to 100 where I like it. Bubbles are great size is perfect for 2 and very very comfy...I actually like it better than our old hard shell one...time will tell on how long it last.. I will update if any problems...
