Use this for making my bullet proof coffee

The UK support people were available through Facebook Messenger and were really good customer support wise, they have diagnosed that its the bearing in the blade that has probably failed and have sent a replacement free of charge upon me providing proof of purchase and my address details, so all in all I can't fault the customer service, but I do think they could do with a more obvious way of contacting the UK support people, but credit where its due, there was a problem and they have tried to resolve it the same day, thats what good customer service is all about, well done!!

Does the blending and a whole lot more!

Perfect for my easy smoothie prep without bringing out my bulky blender, bonus that it has so maby interchangeable cups to use as well. I also use it to chop my onions and garlic sometimes and very portable too

Used it for over a week now, has grinded, crushed, anything I have put inside to make shakes and smoothies

it's a bit noisy but easy to clean

i bought this item because my old smoothie maker was a nightmare to clean. this one is easy to clean and works great for protein shakes and smoothies. the only thing i don't like about it is it's a bit noisy.
