This Ice Tub Bath is a very effective therapy bath. The set up took me a little bit but the pictures were easy enough to follow. Once put together it didn’t take long to fill. The tub is much sturdier than I expected and is also much easier to enter and exit. I highly recommend this that tub.

This is everything I needed!

I have been in a few accidents this past year from being rear ended to hit straight on and between therapy to help my body recover and navigating through the day to day pain, this tub caught my interest. The idea of immersing my body into a cold plunge for therapy sounded worth trying. I’ve done cryotherapy in the past and stood in a chamber for 3 minutes but it is expensive and not as assessable as having the option of doing my own therapy at home. This was easy to set up and fill. I picked up some ice sleeves from Costco and filled it up with some space for the water rising. Cold and refreshing are two words that come to my mind from my first plunge and my body feels really rejuvenated after using it. I’m going to make it a regular routine, especially following massage therapy and chiropractic! I highly recommend this product for functionality, ease of use and great storability. If you are considering getting one, this is the one to get!

This tub is huge, but not sure how it would fit two people unless it was two children. It is very well made and easy to set up. It does not hold a cold temperature, but it is 90F here. I put large frozen water bags in it to chill. I also add some pool shock so I can use the same water all week. The drain hose is way too short, but the drain spout is convenient.

Ice Bath

Love the size! Large enough for a grown man to fit inside with ease. Easy to set up, haven’t had to take it down yet. Having the pump that it can with made it easier too. I am glad it came with a cover and bag to store it in. The material is thick and durable.
