Great dinning table

This table is affordable perfect size for small backyard and the fire pit is just a plus material is quite strong good quality works as expected simply perfect little table for 6 people

The company is great

When we got the table, it was for a property we have in the mountains so we were not able to put it together until our next trip up, which was after the 60 day return policy. Once the table was assembled, we could not get the gas to stay on. I immediately reached out to Pizzello through AMAZON, and they messaged me back right away that they would send me a part that should fix it, along with a video. We tried the new part and it still did not fix the issue. I emailed them again, and they stated they would send an entire new burn unit, which they did, free of charge! This fixed the issue. I appreciate their timeliness in responding to our emails, and continuing to send out parts until it worked, even though we were outside of the 60day return policy. The fact that they stood by their customer, they get 5 stars overall. Once we got it working, it gives out good heat.

We Love It, But Their Service Was Even More Impressive

We assembled this and had a problem with our ignition...contacted the company and they hooked us up with a new part right away after troubleshooting the issue for us. Their responses were quick, effective, and they got us the part we needed immediately and at no cost to us.

The product itself is totally awesome. It's a really nice set up, the flames keep us nice and warm, and it looks fantastic on our deck. Really happy with it.
