seller stands by their product

bought this and used it for @ 6 months. very happy with it, works great. the heater stopped working one day so i contacted the seller to see what my options were. to my surprise there was no bs. they sent me a new bigger tub as a replacement. honestly i was shocked. cant say enough about the supreme customer service of this company. would buy again without hesitation.

Extremely simple set up

This was a very simple hot tub to set up. With the supplied hose to inflate the tub with made it quick and easy !
It does take time to initially heat up as the system is only 120 V with a 1200watt heater. To speed it up slightly instead of pure cold water I connected it to my washing machine faucet and started with warm water.
I also used insulation Styrofoam with the silver side face up to the tub as I placed it on a concrete slab. This way there is no heat lose into the concrete.

Two years, still working perfectly

Its a great spa if you like sitting on the ground and feel all of it! Show your friends you can get a spa but you're too scrooge to purchase a real one.

Worth purchasing - lights did not function out of box

Good quality and space - worth trying. Lights did not function out of box unfortunately despite trying multiple outlets and connections. Confirmed battery working in remote. Not a big deal except you have to install lights before inflating/filling so even with new lights - too late because I’m not setting up again. Setup was very straightforward and easy though! Excited to use.

Great hot tub

Update: Well unfortunately water started coming out from under the hot tub, then there was a tear and now the air is coming out, I contacted the company, they were great before in replacing the lights, and after a few attempts, they FINALLY ANSWERED- AND THEY SENT ME A COMPLETE UNIT REPLACEMENT!!! I'M A HAPPY CUSTOMER :) They have great customer service, you just need to go through their website directly and activate your warranty and if there's any problem then you just email them directly through their website customer service link and they will help you, really help you.
