So far so good

Set up was quick and easy. The instructions are not great but there is not much to it. It’s slow to warm up but holds its temperature really well. We are really enjoying this purchase.

UPDATE: Its been one month, we still love this thing, zero problems.

I think everyone should own an inflatable hot tub

Easy to set up! Affordable! We live in Utah and it’s been in the 20s and the hot tub is always 104!! My electric bill is usually $130 it went up about $60. My family has used the hot tub daily for 3 months so no regrets.
I’m not sure if I’m maintaining it correctly but so far so good. I change my filter every 3 weeks, drop a chlorine tab every day if I remember and changed my water after 6 weeks. Everyone showers before entering. So far so good!!
Bubbles are good but I don’t really care to use them.

Seems good to me

Watched a youtube video on how to set up a similar model which helped a lot. Have to hold the buttons down as opposed to just pressing them. Go figure lol. Once you figure out what buttons do what it's pretty self explanatory to set up. The instructions included are non existant for the most part. No biggie. Its going to weigh well over 2000 pounds, so if you put it on a deck DEFINITELY make sure its supported properly and strong enough (construction guy here). Takes a little while to heat up but my water is cold well water, so understandable. Feels well made and the cover is nice. If using an extension cord id use a 10 guage to prevent heat build up and make sure your outlet is gfci protected. Jets are also powerful. for what they are. Overall i really like it. If I were to say id change anything, id like it a little bit bigger. but there are other options available if you need more size. Overall i would recommend it SO FAR. If it fails I'll update this review.

Size, value, jets are amazing, 5 stars

I was skeptical about the jets when I saw them in a circle around the edge. Worry no more. They are amazing!
Customer service from Best Spa was excellent. Our spa wasn't holding air. We determined it was leaking from the safety valve. Called customer service. I sent a few pics. They made the warranty claim. A whole new heat/ pump unit arrived in a few days. We had to empty the water to exchange the unit, (exchage was easy) so we fit 6 people in there to displace the water onto the ground. Six people can be done folks!
New unit holds the air.
What may have caused the leak is this, the instructions have you fill the inflatable insert for the cover by sticking a hose into the safety valve. That valve never sealed properly again. I recommend using a separate pump so as not to screw that valve up. The company could save money by including a cheap pump with the kit if this is an ongoing problem.
We highly recommend this spa.
Great value, easy set up, don't worry about the size 2-4 fit easily.
